It`d be easier to try and name a div 1-a team who hasn`t accomplished what VT has? Anybody know of any teams?

there are a few teams that also have empty trophy cases

but none have ever been considered relevant

Western Kentucky, it shouldn't take long though they've been a D1 team for exaclty one season.
